All of our equipment is state of the art and the best money can buy. Not only is everything sandblasted before it powder coated, they also go through a steaming process. This not only cleans the metal and helps pull the oils that are embedded in the metal out, it chemically etches the metal for superior adhesion. Proper prep of the metal is essential in the powder process! If you aren’t going to prep, you might as well spray paint it! With over 15 years of experience, our blasters know exactly what to do with all types of substrates.
